Instructors

April 2023 Update:  Not currently hiring instructors

Responsibilities include teaching customers about new techniques and products, setup and breakdown of class/crop room, preparation of class materials, and assisting customers with product selection.  It's beneficial (but not necessary) to have teaching or class instruction experience and should share the desire to promote scrapbooking and/or mixed media.  Responsible for developing class ideas.

Wanted:

  • Technique-based class instructors (die-cutting, using mediums, etc.)

  • Scrapbooking 101/ Layout classes

Sales Associate

April 2022 Update:  We are not hiring at this time!


Looking for a long-term (non-seasonal) part-time sales person who will be able to work various hours (both weekday and weekend, two to four days per week on average. Must be available late shifts on Fridays as well, flexible on Saturdays and/or Sundays).  Responsibilities include selling and teaching customers about products and techniques, setup and breakdown of class/crop room, and assisting customers with product selection.  Additionally, responsible for assisting with crops, closing procedures and store cleaning & maintenance.  Should have some retail experience, but must have excellent customer service skills, be quick to learn computer skills, and have an outgoing positive attitude and strong work ethic.  Must have the flexibility to work weekends including late night closings, be responsible, dependable, professional and a self-starter.  The ideal candidate will be a crafter who shares the desire to teach others about it, but not required.
