Yard Sale Rules
Our Scrappy Yard Sale will be held June 2, 2024, Noon-4pm. This will be the first yard sale in our new space, so please be patient with us as we introduce some new policies that will hopefully make things run a bit smoother in a smaller space.

The yard sale will run on Sunday, June 2nd from Noon-4pm. At 4pm the crop room will be closed to shoppers.

You MUST bring your own shopping bag, a $2 bagging fee will be applied if we provide bags for your yard sale purchases.

No large purses will be allowed in the sale area. Wallets, wristlets, small cross body purses will be permitted.

Due to space constraints, we will be limited to 50 shoppers at one time. As shoppers leave, the next will be admitted. Please dress appropriately in case you have to wait outside.

There will be a $2.00 entrance fee to shop the yard sale from Noon-2pm, cash only at the door. After 2pm, shoppers will be permitted for free as space allows.

All yard sale purchases are final sale. Scrappy Chic is not responsible for the condition of any item in the sale.

The yard sale will run Sunday June 2nd, Noon-4pm. Sellers must check in 1 hour before the sale starts (11am) and arrive for pick-up within 1 hour of the end of the sale. We will NOT be offering an option to donate what was not sold, you MUST pick up any remaining items at the end of the sale (between 4:15pm-5:30pm).

There will be (30) 6’ tables available, each seller will get (1) table. Your items must be within the footprint of your table. There will be minimal space under your table. NO items can be in the aisle.  Sellers must bring containers/boxes for items if required for display.

Seller registration will be $15.00 cash only. Registration will begin on Thursday, May 2nd at 11am and run until we fill all available spots.

Tables will be available on a first come first served basis and you MUST register in person. We will NOT be taking registrations over the phone or online.

As a seller you will not have to pay the entrance fee for the sale, and you may shop while dropping your items off  or up until 1pm. We will ask all sellers to please make room for additional shoppers after that time.

All items must be priced with barcoded tickets provided. Each seller will receive (30) tickets with their registration fee. Additional tickets will be available at $2 for 30. Prices should be written legibly on your tickets in permanent ink.  No more than 60 items per seller. Please bundle like or coordinating items.  Bundled items should be in a securely sealed bag, and clearly marked for sale with the provided ticket. If there is no ticket on your item, it will not be sold. An additional sheet of (30) tickets can be purchased until Thursday, May 30th.

Nothing should be priced at less than $1.00 and should be in increments of $1.00. All items sold should be in good, working condition.

Payment for your sold items will be in the form of a Scrappy Chic gift card and will be available 1 week after the sale. (Sunday, June 9, 2024)
